[Ori*gami] with ori meaning “folding” and gami as an alteration of kami, meaning “paper”.
Learning this art as a child, I was fascinated by how a single sheet of paper can turn into something so beautiful and inspiring. Giving bright and intricate paper cranes to people seemed to light up their day and spark their curiosity.
Stumbling upon a stash of hundreds of paper cranes I had made in the past, I decided to rekindle my desire to create and share this ancient art.
